I hope everyone appreciates the mass update done today - may it provide enough reading until later on in the week when I'm able to post again. L8r.

This blog will catalog my adventure in the Peace Corps. While it will probably not be updated daily or weekly, I'll post stuff here from the island life. Hope you enjoy.

I am Andrew's mother. I love the amount of technical information you leave on this page. Andy is not so verbal about details on his web page. Thanks for sharing your experiences. I hope Andy is having similar experiences. Keep up the good work. Maybe you can co-erce Andy into singing in the choir. He plays piano beautifully as well. My prayers are with all of you.

Hey man, it's really great to finally get some new updates. I can't really point to one specific thing that struck me right now, still trying to take in all you said. I'm glad you made it through the week. The village pace sounds like how I feel when I go home and sit on Mamaw's back porch. Take it in when you can, it can be a great time of thought. I'm still praying for you and the others there. Hope you have a great week.
Much love and Many prayers,
Jonas

Marques,
Very impressive on the position - I have full faith in your abilities to both teach the students well and to perform as an administrator. You've got all the tools and skills to succeed at both. Very cool, Commish.

Hi Marques from Mari's mom,
I wanted to add my thanks for all the details about your experiences. Mari writes a lot, but you write even more and it's all different. I love getting a varied "picture" of what's going on. I also noted that, in spite of all you wrote, you didn't even mention our team (I'm a Chicagoan from the South side and am also a Sox fan) and how well they did. I thought of you missing the series when I watched it and am glad to know that your experiences in Samoa have at least rivaled your enthusiasm for homeside sports.
All the Best, Rudi B.
